Lending shape to confectionery
Lübeck stands for marzipan – which is more than simply a confection made of ground almonds, icing sugar and rose-water. Marzipan can be shaped into virtually everything, as many fantastic creations from confectioners prove. Attractively shaped marzipan is also produced by the confectionery industry, in Lübeck and elsewhere. The machinery required also comes from the Hanseatic City on the Trave – from Krüger & Salecker Maschinenbau GmbH & co. KG.

Whether as loaves, fruit, potatoes, eggs, piglets, much of what tickles the fancy of connoisseurs in Europe and elsewhere around the world, is given its unmistakable full plastic or semiplasticshape in machines from Krueger & Salecker.

The company establishe din 1948 initially manufactured small products for households, for example cooking pots. However, in the early fifties, an enquiry from the world-renowned Luebecker marzipan manufacturer for moulding machines resulted in success for Krüger & Salecker.

By now Krüger & Salecker supplys complete custom-tailored production lines. This outstandlingly high flexibility is well receive all over the world.

Leading with moulds
We are one of the leading manufacturers of moulding machines for the food industry in Europe. Our machines are in demand from the most renowned confectionery companies worldwide. The range of products satisfies the demand of cake shops just as much as that of smaller manufacturing companies up to the heavy industry.

New fields of application arise for our machines, which we develop and optimize by means of forceful advancement as well as customer impulses.

Our rolling machines have been in use for manufacturing confectionery, e.g. marzipan balls – also known as marzipan potatoes – rum balls, balls with inserts (dimensionally stable fillings) or dragees. These machines can be used perfectly in other fields of business as well, e.g. in the baits production to roll completely round boilies, to manufacture soap balls, or for other kinds of food as meat balls or chewing gum.
This trend also applies for our other machines.

Moulding machines which have been manufacturing marzipan bites or pigs, cookies, bisquits, cracknel, halva, pralines, muesli bars, proteine bars, or sesame bars, are also perfectly suitable for the production of petfood, or reliefs for candles.

Pneumatic presses and figure moulding machines are no longer only for marzipan products, e.g. pigs, fruits or other figures. They are used to press different kinds of material into shape, e.g. soap, mozzarella, meat, separator meat or separator fish.

Belt sprinklers, dosing systems and powder drums sweeten products evenly with icing sugar, cacao powder, chocolate crumbs, nut- and almond splits, dotties or pine nuts. They can sprinkle or coat snacks, pizza, bread, rolls or other products with different kinds of sprinkling material as flour or spices.

The tools are designed on customer requirement. An individual motif such as your company logo can be moulded, pressed, stamped or lasered..

Complex tasks completely solved
Achievement of further growth objectives of the company is possible through the quality of our products renowned worldwide, also in relation to the price, and the full service that extends from consultation to the commissioning of the systems. We consider ourselves as partners of our customers. We react flexibly to customer requirements and implement these very quickly.
