Krueger & Salecker develops, manufactures and markets hydraulic presses for the brake pad industry as well as cutting–off and grinding wheels. They work with different approved methods, depending on their application.


Brake pad presses
These complex systems are mainly used by world–renowned manufacturers at the industry in the OE and the aftermarket segment for the production of disk brake pads using the short–term pressing method. 

The brake pad applications can be bicycle, motorcycle, car and truck disk brake pads or combination presses for rail disk brake pads as well as rail block brake pads for the rail goods traffic.

Further special application areas can be fulfilled custom tailored such as cable railways or special utility vehicles with sintered metal brake pads with semi-isostatic heavy-duty presses which are easy to operate.

These systems distinguish by a hig–precise working procedure, which is secured by means of automatic algorithms. 

Very short changeover time for material exchanges and quick tool changes make them versatile even for small lot–sizes.


Grinding wheel presses
These machines are used for the manufacturing of cutting–off and grinding wheels with a diameter of 50 to 2500 mm for industrial applications and are exported all over the world.
